Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only where required by law.

All code, designs, trademarks and content provided by Ph03niX remain the property of Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd. You retain ownership of your site data and any reports generated from it.

Ph03niX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific SEO or AI-search ranking outcomes. Always verify critical recommendations before deploying them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of Ph03niX.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Roseau, Dominica.
