When you run a scan, we collect the URL you provide and the resulting audit data (page metadata, scores, and generated recommendations). If you create an account, we store your email address and plan details.

We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled by our payment processor.

• To run SEO and AI-readiness audits on the URLs you submit.
• To generate reports, fixes and recommendations.
• To send scan-completion notifications and product updates (only if you opt in).
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with subprocessors necessary to operate the service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery). All subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain session state. Analytics cookies are optional and respect your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Scan reports are retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Crawling is read-only — we never modify your site.

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask for deletion at any time by emailing privacy@sds-ltd.org.
